摘　　要：目的端粒锌指相关蛋白(ZBTB48)在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月90例在湖南省肿瘤医院接受手术切除的乳腺癌标本及配对正常组织,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(q RT-PCR)检测ZBTB48的信使核糖核酸(m RNA)表达水平,免疫组织化学检测ZBTB48、Ki-67的蛋白表达水平,分析ZBTB48的表达水平与临床病理因素的相关性;利用网络公共数据库,分析ZBTB48的表达水平与患者预后的关系。结果 ZBTB48 m RNA的表达水平在癌组织中比正常组织中低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029);ZBTB48蛋白的表达水平在癌组织中比正常组织低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);ZBTB48蛋白的表达水平与Ki-67蛋白的表达水平呈负相关(P=0.0005);ZBTB48的m RNA表达水平与年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度及TNM分期相关;ZBTB48的表达水平低则乳腺癌患者的预后差。结论 ZBTB48低表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度及TNM分期有关,是乳腺癌患者预后差的危险因素。Objective To investigate the expression of telomeric zinc finger-associated protein （ZBTB48） inbreast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients diagnosed with breastcancer were included in this study. Cancer tissue as well as paracancerous normal tissue was collected forfurther analysis. RT-PCR and Immunohistochemistry were utilized to measure expression levels of ZBTB48 andKi -67. Correlation between ZBTB48 expression in cancer tissue and patients＇ clinical manifestation wasanalyzed under network public database. Results RT -PCR and Immunohistochemistry data suggested thatexpression levels of ZBTB48 in cancer tissue were significantly decreased compared with normal tissue （ 1 =0.0289; 2 = 0.000）. The expression level of Ki -67 protein was negatively correlated with ZBTB48 （P=0.0005）. Concentration of ZBTB48 was closely correlated with age, size as well as differentiation of tumor andTNM stage. Overall data indicated that patients with low expression of ZBTB48 were more likely to experiencepoor outcome. Conclusions ZBTB48 in breast cancer tissue is closely associated with age, size anddifferentiation of tumor, and TNM stage of breast cancer; low expression of ZBTB48 is a risk factor of breastcancer.
