摘　　要：目的:通过比较阳虚体质与平和体质的身体成分指标及代谢性疾病相关实验室检查的结果,分析阳虚体质人群身体成分组成的特点。方法:对阳虚质人群94例和平和质人群97例进行身体成分测试,并对其心率、血压、血脂、血糖、血尿酸指标进行统计学分析。结果:与平和质人群相比,阳虚质人群的蛋白质(PRO)、骨矿物质含量(BMC)、身体细胞量(BCM)、骨骼肌(M)、基础代谢(BMR)降低,体脂率(FM%)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阳虚质体成分组成特征,是机体内在功能状态的外在表现,对中医体质的健康干预促进具有现实的意义。Objective: To analyze the features of body composition of the people in Yang-deficiency constitution by comparing the indexes of body composition of the people between Yang deficiency constitution and peaceful constitution and the results of metabolic disease-related lab tests. Methods: Body compositions of 94 people in Yang-deficiency constitution and 97 people in peaceful constitution were tested, and the indexes of heart rate, blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid were statistically analyzed. Results: Compared with the people in peaceful constitution, the protein(PRO), bone mineral content(BMC), body cell mass(BCM), skeletal muscle(M)basal metabolism rate(BMR) of the people in Yang-deficiency constitution decreased, while body fat percentage(FM%) and visceral fat area(VFA) increased, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The features of body composition of the people in Yang-deficiency constitution not only are external performances of body internal functional state, but also show realistic meaning to promote health intervention of TCM constitutions.
