摘  要:大教育格局下,工程化专业学生需要建立终身学习和自我发展的能力增长新机制。从亟待提升的工程化专业学生创新能力的问题入手,从适应知识扩张性、连续性和快速性的变化需求出发,提出了构建动态、双向的创新能力CDIO目标培养模式。能力培养以"问题"为导向,通过概念引导和逻辑学习,将课程学习、概念构思、产品设计等内容有机融合,保证了学生创新能力的持续、高效扩张的增长。双创课程平台连续5年的课程教学实践和动态考评方法研究显示,CDIO创新能力培养的新模式能够充分适应现代设计创新性要求,保证工程化专业学习能力发展的可持续性和培养过程的高效性。Under the situation of big education engineering students need to establish a new mechanism of capacity growthfor lifelong learning and self?development.Starting from the enhanced problem to improve the innovation ability this paper fromthe points of knowledge expansion continuously and fast changeable social needs proposed the construction of the CDIO trainingmode of dynamic and bidirectional innovation capability.The new mode of problem oriented and task driven learning through theconcept guide and the course learning organically integrate such factors as concept conceiving product design and other content and to ensure the sustainable and efficient expansion of students? innovative abilities.Based on the use of the dual creative courseplatform this paper makes a study of evaluation methods for 5 consecutive years of teaching practice and teaching research whichshows that dynamic effect CDIO training mode for innovation abilities can fully adapt to the modern creative design require?ments and ensure that process the development of engineering professional learning abilities can be sustainable and efficientlycultivated.
