摘 要:目的探讨强化手术室消毒隔离实施对耳鼻喉科手术患者医院感染的防控效果,为医院感染的防控提供参考。方法选取2016年1月-2016年12月期间于医院手术室行耳鼻喉手术的423例患者,根据强化消毒隔离实施前后分组,在2016年1月-2016年6月为实施前组共205例、2016年7月-2016年12月为实施后组共218例,实施前组实施常规消毒措施,实施后组实施前后手术室消毒隔离措施,观察患者医院感染发生情况,手术前后手术室内病原菌菌落数量、感染病原菌的种类。结果实施前组感染率为18.05%,实施后组感染率为9.63%(P<0.05);两组患者均以手术部位感染为主;实施前组术前、手术开始10min、手术结束时病原菌菌落数均高于实施后组(P<0.05);实施前组医院感染患者检出病原菌25株,实施后组检出病原菌16株。结论强化手术室消毒隔离实施可降低手术室内细菌数量,有助于降低耳鼻喉科手术患者医院感染发生率,应将强化手术室消毒隔离作为一项长效机制实施,以降低各科室手术患者的医院感染率。OBJECTIVE To investigate of application effect of reinforcement of sterilization and isolation management in operation rooms to prevent nosocomial infections of otorhinolaryngological department,so as to provide references for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.METHODS A total of 423 patients of otorhinolaryngological department from Jan.2016 to Dec.2016 were selected,and were grouped before and after reinforcement of sterilization and isolation.The 205 cases from Jan.2016 to Jun.2016 were set as pre-implementation group,and 218 cases from Jul.2016 to Dec.2016 were set as post-implementation group.Patents in pre-implementation group were treated with routine disinfection measures,and in post-implementation group were treated with sterilization and isolation management.The nosocomial infections,the pathogenic bacteria colony number of air in operation rooms,and the types of pathogenic bacteria of infection in patients were observed.RESULTS The nosocomial infection rate of pre-implementation group was 18.05%,and of post-implementation group was 9.63%(P〈0.05).Surgical site infection was the main infection site.Before operation,at 10 min before operation and at the end of operation,the numbers of pathogenic bacteria of pre-implementation group were higher than those of post-implementation group.There were 25 strains of pathogens were detected in pre-implementation group,and16 strains were detected in post-implementation group.CONCLUSION Reinforcement of sterilization and isolation management in operation rooms can significantly reduce pathogenic bacteria,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in patients of otorhinolaryngological department,so we should strengthen the sterilization and isolation in operation rooms as a long-term mechanism to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in surgical patients.
