摘 要:目的研究临床分离耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌的同源性。方法用肠杆菌基因间重复共有序列-PCR(ERIC-PCR)对20株耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌的基因进行扩增,并用Bio Numerics软件进行同源性分析。结果 20株耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌一共分为14个ERIC型,其中优势型别包含5株菌(6、11、12、13、18),次优势型别包含3株菌(7、8、14),其余12个型别分别只包含1株菌。结论本院分离的耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌大部分菌株散发存在,但也存在优势菌株,应该做进一步的分析,并做出相应的预防隔离措施。Objective To study the genetic polymorphism of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated resistant to carbapenem. Methods The genotypes of 20 strains of carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae were tested by Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus-PCR(ERIC-PCR),and analyzed by BioNumerics. Results 20 strains of carbapenemresistant Klebsiella pneumoniae were divided into 14 ERIC types,of which the dominant type contains 5 strains(6,11,12,13,18), the second dominant type contains 3 strains (7,8,14),the other 12 types which only contain 1 strain. Conclusion Most strains of carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from our hospital were sporadic, but there were also dominant strains, which should be analyzed in the future and corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
