“一带一路”倡议下交通高职教育的机遇与挑战

摘　　要：建设“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”是党中央在全球形势深刻变化背景下做出的重大战略决策。“一带一路”倡议实施中首先面临的就是交通的互联互通，而交通建设要依靠教育。“一带一路”给交通高职教育带来了前所未有的重大机遇，但同时由于交通高职培养的国际化复合型人才的短缺和办学水平薄弱等问题，给交通高职教育带来前所未有的挑战。因此，交通高职院校要内外兼修履行“一带一路”倡议下人才培养的责任与使命。Building up the＂ silk road economic belt＂ and ＂Marine silk road in the 21st century＂ is great strate-gic decisions made by the CPC central committee under the background of profound changes in the global situation.During the implementation of the＂ One Belt and One Road＂ strategy,it is the interconnection of traffic in the firstplace while traffic construction depends on education. The Belt and Road＂ has brought great opportunities for highervocational education, but at the same time also unprecedented great opportunities due to the problems in shortage ofinternational talents and weak school- running level, thereforeties and missions from the internal and external basis., higher vocational colleges have to take responsibili-
