摘　　要：以互联网为手段的现代远程教育已成为当今教育发展的趋势之一,建立一套合理的教学评价指标体系是远程网络教育有效性的重要保证。本文分析了当前我国网络教学有效性的评价现状,并在相关有效教学评价标准研究的基础上,构建远程环境下网上有效教学的评价体系,从教师、学员和平台三个维度出发提出相应评价指标,为我国的现代远程教育教学以及相关质量评价体系的构建提供一定的理论依据。Modern distance education by means of Internet has currently become one of teaching trends. Establishing a reasonable teaching evaluation index system guarantees greatly the quality of the distance online education. This paper analyzes the situation of the existing online teaching eval- uation and constructs its system in distance environment based on the effective teaching evaluation criteria. From the three dimensions including teachers, students and online platform, we propose the corresponding evaluation indicator, which provides a theoretical basis for modern distance edu- cation and the relative education quality evaluation system construction.
