临床护士在抗菌药物临床应用精细化管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的提高护士抗菌药物的理论知识并规范合理使用行为,推动医护药一体化合理使用抗菌药物的精细体系建立。方法 2016年7—9月,我科"抗菌药物合理使用专项监测小组"对护士抗菌药物知识及行为进行调查并实行干预措施。结果干预前后护士在抗菌药物滴注时间和健康教育方面的知识和行为上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我科通过采用精细化管理模式,提高了临床护士抗菌药物理论知识,促进临床工作中正确使用抗菌药物的行为,提升临床抗菌药物使用的安全性与有效性。Objective To improve theoretical knowledge, standardize behaviors about clinical use of antibiotics and promote to establish a precision management system of rational use of antibiotics by integration of doctors, nurses and clinical pharmacists. Methods During July 2016 to September 2016, the members of ＂specialized monitoring group of rational use of antibiotics＂ investigated the antibiotic knowledge and the behaviors of our nurses and the interventions were implemented. Results There were significant differences in infusion time and health education about antibiotics knowledge and behaviors after intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By precision management mode, we improved theoretical knowledge and standardized behaviors about antibiotics in clinical work and ensured efficacy and safety of drugs.
