区域内产业集聚程度和盈利能力错配研究

摘　　要：区域产业集聚程度和盈利能力的匹配是影响区域经济增长的重要因素。用区位商和相对净资产收益率两个指标综合分析行业(主要是工业)集聚程度和盈利能力的匹配度,可弥补单一从产业集聚或盈利能力角度分析的不足。通过分析工业集聚程度和盈利能力匹配的象限图,可清晰观察到每个工业类别的匹配状况。匹配程度指数既可反映单个产业类别的匹配度,也可得到区域的平均匹配程度,便于不同产业和不同地区间的比较。运用该方法分析山西省的工业匹配状况,发现山西省的工业无论是大类、中类还是小类,都存在较为严重的集聚程度和盈利能力错配问题,并影响其经济增长。为提高区域工业集聚程度和盈利能力的匹配度,需要加快工业企业产权结构和规模结构的改革步伐。The matching of regional industrial agglomeration and profitability is an important factor affecting the regional economic growth. The method which uses location quotient and relative net assets yield indicators to analysis synthetically the matching degree of industry agglomeration and profitability can make up for the imperfection of the analysis method which only ty. Through the method of quadrant diagram uses a single perspective of industrial agglomeration or profitabili- which analyses the matching degree of industry agglomeration and profitability, the matching condition of every industrial category can be observed clearly. Matching degree （ index） can both reflect the matching degree of the individual industry category and the average matching degree of the region, which facilitates the comparison between different industries and different regions. By using this method to analyze the industrial matching in Shanxi Province, it is found that there is a serious degree of mismatching of agglomeration and profitability in industry in Shanxi Province, whether it is a large category, a middle category or a small category, and affecting the economic growth in Shanxi province. In order to improve the matching degree of regional industrial agglomeration and profitability, we need to strengthen the reform pace of the property fight structure and scale structure of industrial enterprises.
