摘　　要：介绍从"课程目标定位、工作岗位确定和岗位职业能力分析、专业课程体系构建、立体化教材开发、优质教学资源开发和课程教学评价体系建立"等6个方面对"以就业为导向"的高职"模具设计与制造"专业课程开发进行研究,"以就业为导向"的人才培养模式能最大限度地实现专业教学体系与职业工作岗位要求相对接,促进学生的就业岗位与所学专业对口。The development of the ＂die ＆ mould design and manufacturing＂ was researched in higher vocational colleges that made employment as oriented based on six aspects of the course target location, job determination, job analysis ability, professional course sys- tem construction, tridimensional trend teaching materials development, quality teaching resources development, and teaching evaluation system establishment. The talent training model of employment-oriented could achieve the connection of professional teaching system and professional job requirements, which could promote the students work in the specialty they have learned.
