摘 要:探讨大蒜素对肉仔鸡脂类代谢及相关基因表达的影响,为揭示大蒜素调节动物脂肪沉积的机理作依据。试验选取体重相近、体格健壮的1日龄AA肉仔鸡(公)96只,随机分成4组,每组设4个重复,每个重复6只鸡。试验期为42d。在各组基础饲料中分别添加0、200、400、600mg/kg的大蒜素。结果表明,添加400和600mg/kg大蒜素的处理组与对照组比较,肉仔鸡腹脂率和肝脂率显著降低(P<0.05);而添加200、400及600mg/kg大蒜素的处理组与对照组比,皮下脂肪厚度和肌间脂肪厚度没有显著的差异(P>0.05),但有下降的趋势。400mg/kg组和600mg/kg组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白的含量显著下降(P<0.05);而高密度脂蛋白水平则呈现出显著的提高(P<0.05)。各浓度添加大蒜素组的游离脂肪酸的水平与对照组相比而言,有降低的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。添加400mg/kg或600mg/kg大蒜素可显著降低AA肉仔鸡肝脏中的乙酰辅酶A羧化酶、脂肪酸合成酶的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05);添加600mg/kg大蒜素组的肉仔鸡肝脏脂蛋白脂酶mRNA水平显著上调(P<0.05)。添加600mg/kg大蒜素的肉仔鸡腹脂中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶mRNA表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),脂蛋白脂酶mRNA水平则显著上升(P<0.05)。大蒜素对肉仔鸡腹脂脂肪酸合成酶mRNA水平无显著影响。The effect of different allicin supplemental levels in Arbor Acres (AA) broiler feed on lipid metabolism and related genes expression were studied. A total of 96, 1 d old AA broilers were assigned to 4 diet tr.eatments (0, 200, 400, and 600 mg/kg) with 4 replications of 6 birds for 42 d. The results showed that increasing the levels of allicin significantly decreased percentage of liver fat and percentage of abdominal fat (P〈0.05) ,but no significant differences in thicknesses of subcutanceous adipose and intermuscular adipose tissue were observed among the treatments(P〉0. 05). Compared with the control group, serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)concentration were significantly decreased in 400 and 600 mg/kg allicin groups (P〈0.05), but the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was significantly increased (P〈0.05). There was a trend of decline of the level of nonesterified fatty acid (NEFA) with the increase of the concentration of allicin among the treatments,but the difference was not significant (P〉0. 05). In liver of AA broilers, supplementing 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg allicin can decrease ACC and FAS mRNA expression(P〈0.05); and the expression of LPL in 600 mg/kg allicin group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). In abdominal fat, the level of ACC was deelinedsignificantly in 600 mg/kg allicin group(P〈0.05) compared with the control group, and the expression of LPL was increased (P〈0.05). However, allicin had no influence on the expression of FAS mRNA in abdominal fat.
