摘 要:废革屑提取蛋白粉是目前常用的提高制革废弃物资源化利用的有效途径。准确测定蛋白粉中总铬含量有助于扩大其应用,提高其附加值。实验用氯酸钾对蛋白粉进行氧化,通过碘量法测定蛋白粉中的总铬含量,讨论氧化剂用量、灼烧时间、灼烧蛋白粉量对测定蛋白粉中总铬含量的影响,得出最优测试条件。通过回收率测定,判定方法的准确性。结果表明当灼烧时间为2.0 h,灼烧蛋白粉量为0.50 g,添加0.5 g氯酸钾时,总铬含量18.64mg/kg,总铬的加标回收率在95%~105%之间,标准偏差0.03,相对标准偏差3.02%,是一种可以准确测定废革屑提取蛋白粉中总铬含量的测定方法。The preparation of protein powder is the most common processing method for the treatment of waste leather shavings at present. The determining of total chromium content of protein powder accurately contributes to waste treatment and utilization. The total chromium content of protein powder is determined by potassium chlorate oxidation titrimetric method in this article. The influences of burning time, amount of protein powder, amount of potassium chlorate, the dilution times of standard solution on total chromium content in protein powder were discussed, and the samples were determined. According to the practical conditions, the optimal method for the determination of total chromium content in protein powder extracted from waste shavings was found. The results showed that when the burning time was 2.0 h, the amount of burning protein powder was 0.50 g, the amount of potassium chlorate was 0.50 g, the most accurate results can be obtained. The total chromium content in this batch of protein powder was 18.64 mg/kg. The recovery rate of total chromium was between 95% and 105%, the standard deviation was 0.03, and the relative standard deviation was 3.02%,which indicated the chemical titration method is one accurate method to the determination of total chromium content of the protein powder from waste leather shavings.
