摘　　要：介绍了一种多功能汽车内饰针织网眼面料的生产流程,包括原料、织造工艺、后整理工艺、复合涂层工艺的配方和参数,以及面料气味测试标准、方法,并测试了面料制品的气味。结果表明,该面料的气味等级为7级,符合GMW 3205—2000对车内装饰材料气味测试标准的要求。The production process of multifunctional knitted mesh fabric for automobile is introduced. Raw material selection, weaving process, finishing process, the formulas of composite coating process and testing methods of odor are researched. The results show that the grade of odor can reach Level 7, which conforms to GMW3205--2000, a standard of odor tests for interior decoration materials.
