摘 要:以一元羧酸(乙酸、正丁酸、正己酸、正辛酸)为助表面活性剂,通过相图绘制来考察正丁酸含量和一元羧酸链长对离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(bmim PF_6)、甲苯、吐温80(Tween80)组成的三元体系的单相微乳区的影响,并用电导率法研究正丁酸存在下该体系单相微乳区的微结构。结果表明,随着正丁酸与吐温80质量比增加,单相微乳区面积逐渐减小;不同碳链长的一元羧酸对单相微乳区面积的影响与该酸分子在离子液体和油两相分配情况以及其亲脂性有关,随着一元羧酸链长增大,单相微乳区面积减小。电导测定结果显示,单相微乳区存在O/IL(离子液体包油)、BC(双连续)、IL/O(油包离子液体)3种微结构。动态光散射测定结果显示,最初IL/O微乳液滴粒径随着bmim PF_6增加而呈直线增大,连续加入bmim PF_6后,IL/O微乳液滴出现偏离直线的较大粒径。To investigate the influences of different monocarboxylic acids on the single-phase microemulsion region of a 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate(bmim PF6)/Tween80/toluene system,pseudo ternary phase diagrams of bmim PF6,toluene and Tween80 at 25℃in the presence of monocarboxylic acids were constructed.Monocarboxylic acids used were CH3COOH,nC3H7COOH,n-C5H(11)COOH and n-C7H(15)COOH.The effects of content of n-C3H7COOH and monocarboxylic acid chain length on the formation of single-phase region were investigated.Moreover,the microstructure in the single-phase microemulsion region of bmim PF6/Tween80/n-C3H7COOH/toluene system was discussed by electrical conductivity method.Phase diagrams demonstrated that the single-phase domain became smaller as the mass ratio n-C3H7COOH to Tween80 increased.Different chain lengths of monocarboxylic acids affected the area of single-phase regions,which was dependent on the acid solubility in ionic liquid/oil two-phase system and the lipophilic property of monocarboxylic acid.The single-phase area decreased with increasing the monocarboxylic acid chain length.In addition,there were oil-in-ionic liquid(O/IL)microemulsions,bi-continuous(BC)microemulsions and ionic liquid-in-oil(IL/O)microemulsions in the single-phase regions.Dynamic light scattering(DLS)measurement revealed that the IL/O microemulsion droplets initially formed were enlarged linearly by the addition of bmim PF6.However,successive addition of bmim PF6could lead to the appearance of large-sized microemulsion droplets,and the relationship between the microemulsion droplets formed and the addition of bmim PF6were not linear.
