摘　　要：经筋病与生物力学、现代生理解剖相结合是目前研究的主要方向,但经筋的生理、病因、病机、诊断、治疗等学术体系构建各家说法不一。笔者基于壮医理论和生物力学原理,对经筋病的病因、病机及治疗机理进行探讨,为壮医经筋学说的临床应用提供理论依据。Current main trend of the study on meridian tendons disease is combining with biomechanics and modern physiological anatomy, but opinions diverse in the academic system construction of physiology, etiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of the meridian tendons. Based on the theories of Zhuang medicine and principles of biomechanics, the authors make a further discussion of the etiology, pathogenesis and therapeutic mechanism so as to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical application of the theory of meridian tendons in Zhuang medicine.
