中西医结合个体化治疗卵巢肿瘤临床初探

摘　　要：通过现代医学诊疗技术与中医学辨证论治理念的融合,针对卵巢肿瘤治疗,分别从分辨肿瘤良恶性质、理清辨病与辨证的关系、根据分期优化中西医治疗手段、分阶段中医辨证用药、注重情志因素影响等方面提出个体化诊治思路,以发挥中西医结合的最大优势,为今后中西医结合个体化治疗卵巢肿瘤提供参考。The author put forward the individualized treatment method for ovarian neoplasms based on combination of modern medical technology and syndrome differentiation theory of Chinese medicine. By differentiating malignant and benign of tumor, distinguishing disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, optimizing therapeutic methods of Chinese and western medicine, applying Chinese medicine on syndrome-differentiated basis by stages, and attaching importance to motional factors, the author aimed to maximize advantages of integrated Chinese and western medicine and provide a reference for treatment of ovarian neoplasms with integrated Chinese and western medicine combined with individualized treatment.
