摘  要:基于Matlab软件对高速摄像机拍摄的电弧图片处理进行了研究。首先对GTAW电弧图片的电弧直径进行处理,可以同时统计不同层的直径,数据能自动导出到Excel表格以便后期统计分析。然后,统计GMAW电弧图片的弧长,可以准确找到焊丝边界和熔池边界,统计出的数据更精准,所用时间极短。The processing of arc picture shot by high-speed camera was studied based on Matlab software. Firstly, the processing of arc diameter of GTAW arc image was carried out, and the diameters of different layers could be counted simultaneously, and the data could be automatically exported to Excel table for later statistical analysis. Then, the arc length of GMAW arc picture was counted, the boundaries of welding wire and weld pool could be found accurately, and the statistical data were more accurate, and the time was short.
