摘  要:目的探讨脑电磁配合康复训练治疗轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床疗效,为MCI的治疗提供依据。方法选取2015年3月至2016年11月浙江省人民医院收治的90例遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍(a MCI)患者作为研究对象,随机分为联合组、训练组和对照组,每组30例。对照组不采用任何干预措施,训练组采用康复训练治疗,联合组采用脑电磁配合康复训练治疗。采用临床记忆量表(CMS)评估患者记忆功能变化。采用简易智能状态检查(MMSE)评估患者认知功能变化。检测3组患者治疗前后事件相关电位(P300)的潜伏期、波幅的变化。用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据的处理,计数资料的组间比较用χ2检验,多组间计量资料比较用单因素方差分析,组间两两比较应用SNK-q检验,组内治疗前后比较用配对样本t检验。结果 3组患者治疗前记忆商(MQ)评分、MMSE评分、潜伏期和波幅比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练组和联合组治疗后指向记忆、图像自由回忆、人像特点联系回忆、联系学习和无意义图形再认评分均较本组治疗前明显升高,且明显高于对照组治疗后水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后指向记忆、无意义图形再认评分明显高于训练组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练组和联合组治疗后定向力、记忆力、计算力、视空间和运用能力、语言能力和MMSE总分均较本组治疗前明显升高,且明显高于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后定向力、记忆力、计算力、视空间和运用能力、语言能力和MMSE总分均明显高于训练组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练组和联合组治疗后P300峰的潜伏期较本组治疗前明显降低,波幅明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后潜伏期明显低于训练组和对照组,波幅明显高于训练组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of brain electromagnetic combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment(MCI), and to provide the basis of treating MCI. Methods The subjects were 90 patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment(a MCI) from Zhejiang Province People Hospital during March of 2015 to November of 2016.The subjects were divided into three groups: the combined(brain electromagnetic combined with rehabilitation training) group,the training(rehabilitation training) group and the control(no treatment) group, 30 cases in each group. The clinical memory scale(CMS) was used to assess the changes in memory function. Mini mental state examination(MMSE) was used to assess the change of cognitive function. The latency and amplitude of event-related potentials(P300) were measured before and after treatment in the three groups. The χ2 test, t test, ANOVA and SNK-q test were utilized to analyze the data, the used software was SPSS 16. 0. Results Before the treatment, there were no significant differences of scores for memory quotient(MQ), MMSE,latency and amplitude among three groups(P〈0.05); after the treatment, the scores of directional memory, image free recall,memory related to portrait characteristics, connection learning and meaningless pattern recognition in training group and the combined group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in control group after treatment(P〈0.05); the scores of directional memory and meaningless pattern recognition in combined group were significantly higher than those in training group(P〈0.05); the scores of directional force, memory, calculation power, visual space or application ability, language ability and MMSE in training group and combined group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in control group after treatment(P〈0.05); the scores of directional force, memory, calculation power, visual space or application abi
