外用冲和膏联合口服迈之灵对痔的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察外用冲和膏联合口服迈之灵对痔的临床疗效,将86例痔患者分为联合组45例和对照组41例,联合组给予冲和膏外用联合迈之灵口服,对照组仅予迈之灵口服;分别观察记录1周后患者肛门出血、脱出、坠胀、疼痛及水肿情况.结果显示,联合组能明显改善痔患者的各项临床症状,尤其联合组治疗后在肛门出血和肛门坠胀方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结果表明,外用冲和膏联合口服迈之灵能够有效治疗痔患者的各项临床症状,尤其在肛门出血和肛门坠胀方面治疗效果显著.This study was to observe the clinical effect of externally painting Chonghe ointment and oral administration of aescuven forte in the treatment of hemorrhoids, divided 86 cases of hemorrhoids into combination group（ n = 45） and control group（ n = 41）, which the former adopted above combination therapy,meanwhile the latter only administered aescuven forte;then（after 1 week） observed and recorded following status on patient＇s anal bleeding, prolapse, tenesmus, pain and edema.As results, the all clinical symptoms of the former had significantly been improved,especially in anal bleeding and tenesmus the for- mer was superior to the latter（ P ~0.05）.Results show that above-mentioned combination therapy can ef- fectively treat all clinical symptoms of hemorrhoids patients, especially in anal bleeding and tenesmus has significant effect.
