摘　　要：根据转炉出渣车转矩要求高的特点,一般通过附带编码器的电机和三菱A800变频器内置选件FRA8AP的组合,进行闭环矢量控制与转矩控制,然后设置相应的模式参数、速度控制增益参数和转矩偏置参数等,即可实现良好的经济效益。According to the high characteristics of the converter＇s slag truck torque requirements, the encoder-motor and Mitsubishi A800 inverter built-in option FR-A8AP combination are generally used, which can realize the function of the speed closed loop and torque control. Then the corresponding mode parameters, speed control gain parameters and torque offset parameters, etc.should be set, and the good economic benefits can be achieved.
