奥扎格雷联合持续泵入普通肝素治疗不同类型脑梗死临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥扎格雷联合持续泵入普通肝素治疗不同类型脑梗死的近期疗效。方法将106例急性脑梗死患者入院后进行TOAST分型,每型分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组加用奥扎格雷注射液联合普通肝素持续静脉泵入,二组进行总有效率及日常生活活动能力评分对比。结果心源性脑梗死和大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死治疗组总有效率及日常生活活动能力评分均优于对照组,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷联合持续泵入普通肝素治疗急性脑梗死的方案,应根据TOAST分型中的不用亚型进行个体化,在心源性脑梗死和大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死二种亚型中疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the short term effects of Ozagrel injection and continuous Heparin infusion on the patients with different types of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 106 acute cerebral infarction patients for TOAST typing were divided into test group and control group.Test group was administered in Ozagrel injection and continuous Heparin infusion. The results of the efficacy and the ADL score in two groups were compared.Results The efficacy and the ADL score in cardiogenic cerebral embolism and large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction in test group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Ozagrel injection and continuous Heparin infusion is the efficient drug of therapy for the patients in cardiogenic cerebral embolism and large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, and it is worthy of clinical application.
