摘  要:本研究以花都工学结合示范园为例,解析了"产教一体、寓学于工"的内涵,在人才培养模式的改革实践中引厂入校设立"校中厂",建立校企合作长效稳定运行机制,重构专业课程体系,引企业生产项目入课程进行"做中学",推动专业建设,服务社会,培养高素质技术技能人才。This essay, taking Huadu Learning-working Combination Demonstration Park as an example, illustrates the concept of "production-teaching integration and learning in working", whereby a reform of talent-cultivating mode should be carried by means of establishing in-campus factories, keeping a lastingly effective and stable cooperation between universities and enterprises. And this essay also claims that the specialty curricula system should be re-constructed, that some production projects be introduced into the curricula design to implement "learning by doing" education, to push the specialty construction, to serve the society better and to cultivate high-quality technical talents.
