摘　　要：目的 :对闵行区6~12岁外来常住儿童进行口腔健康检查,分析儿童患龋状况,为制定预防和治疗外来儿童龋病策略提供参考依据。方法:对闵行区8所外来务工人员随迁子女民办小学中10011名6~12岁儿童进行普查,采用SPSS13.0软件包对患龋率、龋均等指标进行统计学分析。结果 :8所外来务工人员随迁子女民办小学的6~12岁儿童中,患龋率为67.07%,高于全区公办小学同龄儿童患龋率61.99%(P<0.01)。6岁组男生患龋率最高,为75.82%。随着年龄增加,患龋率逐渐降低。结论:上海市闵行区6~12岁外来常住儿童的患龋情况较为严重,龋病预防尤为关键,需要特别注意儿童在6岁以前的龋病预防和早期干预。PURPOSE： To investigate the prevalence of dental caries among migrant children aged 6-12 years in Minhang district of Shanghai, so as to provide some basic data for children health care. METHODS： Ten thousand and eleven school children in 8 primary schools of Minhang district of Shanghai were investigated by cluster random sampling. Visual examination combined with probe inspection was used to diagnose caries, and then rate of caries and DMFT （decayed,missing and filled teeth） were calculated. SPSS 13.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS： The prevalence of caries among children aged 6-12 years was 67.07%, which was significantly higher than that in children from government-owned schools （61.99%）（P〈0.01）. The prevalence of caries was 75.82% in 6-year-old group and highest compared to other groups. CONCLUSIONS： It can＇t be optimistic about the caries prevalence among migrant children aged 6-12 years in Minhang district,Shanghai.More attentions should be payed in prevention and early intervention of dental caries for children above 6 years old.
