摘 要:目的:探究表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,ECER)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2(B-cell lymphoma-2,Bcl-2)在脂溢性角化病各病理分型中的表达,进一步明确EGFR、Bcl-2在脂溢性角化病发病机制中的作用.方法:选取2013年12月~2016年12月内蒙古民族大学附属医院脂溢性角化病病例,采用HE染色确定脂溢性角化病病理分型;采用RT-PCR检测法检测EGFR、Bcl-2 mRNA在脂溢性角化病中的表达,设GAPDH为内参对照,正常组织为阴性对照组,按脂溢性角化病病理分型分析其临床意义.结果:EGFR及Bcl-2mRNA在脂溢性角化病各病理分型中表达不同,激惹型、混合型、角化过度型EGFR mRNA的表达明显高于正常上皮组织(P<0.05);激惹型、混合型Bcl-2 mRNA的表达明显高于正常上皮组织(P<0.05).EGFR和Bcl-2mRNA的表达具有相关性(r=0.442,<0.05).P结论:EGFR及Bcl-2在脂溢性角化病发病机制中起关键作用,有可能控制不同病理分型的分化方向.Objective: To explore the expression of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) and Bcl-2 (B-ceU lym- phoma-2) in different pathological types of seborrheic keratosis, and to further clarify the role of EGFR and Bcl-2 in the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis. Methods: Seborrheic keratosis cases which were diagnosed in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected. The pathologic classification of seborrheic keratosis was determined by HE staining. The expression of EGFR and Bcl-2 mRNA in seborrheic keratosis was detected by RT-PCR, the GAPDH was set as internal control and the normal tis- sue as negative control. The clinical significance was analyzed according to the pathologic classification of seborrheic keratosis. Results: The expression of EGFR and Bcl-2 mRNA were different in different pathologic classification. The EGFR mRNA in irritable type, mixed type and hyperkeratotic type was significantly higher than that in normal epithelial tissue (P〈 0.05); the Bcl-2 mRNA in irritable type and mixed type was significantly higher than that in nor- real epithelial tissue (P 〈 0.05), and the expression of EGFR and Bcl-2 mRNA were correlated (r= 0.442, P〈 0.05). Conclusion: EGFR and Bcl-2 play a key role in the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis, and it is possible to con- trol the differentiation of different pathological types.
