摘　　要：目的:总结首发神经系统症状的癌症17例,重视神经系统副肿瘤综合征的早期诊断.方法:回顾性分析.结果:17例患者首发神经系统症状就诊,在诊治过程中明确为神经系统以外部位恶性肿瘤引发神经系统病变(即副肿瘤综合征).结论:临床医生应加强以神经系统表现为首发症状的恶性肿瘤的认识,以减少误诊.Objective： Through summarizing 17 cases of cancer with neurological symptoms as initial manifestation, to let clinicians to pay attention to the early diagnosis of paraneoplastic syndrome. Methods： A retrospective analysis was applied. Results： 17 patients visited hospital because of initial neurological symptoms, and were clear that the malignant tumor outside the nervous system causes nervous system disorder （paraneoplastic syndrome） in the course of diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion： Clinicians should strengthen the awareness of malignant tumors with neuro- logical manifestations as the first symptoms, and reduce misdiagnosis.
