摘 要:目的探讨p73基因启动子区甲基化与乳头状甲状腺癌的关系。方法收集109例乳头状甲状腺癌组织及癌旁组织,检测p73基因启动子区甲基化及mRNA表达水平,分析p73基因甲基化水平与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果甲状腺癌组织p73基因甲基化率高于癌旁组织(89.91%vs.11.93%)(P<0.01),而p73 mRNA阳性表达率低于癌旁组织(15.60%vs.100%)(P<0.01)。p73基因甲基化与甲状腺癌患者的年龄、性别、临床分期无明显相关性(P>0.05),但与患者淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 p73在乳头状甲状腺癌中低表达,p73基因甲基化水平与甲状腺癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the relationship of p73 gene promoter region methylation and papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The p73 gene methylation and mRNA expression level were detected in the papillary thyroid carcinoma and tumor-adjacent normal tissues in 109 cases. The relationship between p73 gene methylation and clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results The rate of p73 gene methylation was higher and its mRNA positive expression rate was lower in thyroid carcinoma tissues than those in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(P〈0. 01). The p73 gene methylation was not significantly correlated with the age,gender and clinical stages of papillary thyroid carcinoma (P〈0. 05),but was closely related to lymph node metastasis(P〈(0. 05). Conclusion The expression of p73 is lower in papillary thyroid carcinoma. The p73 gene methylation is related to the occurance and development of thyroid carcinoma.
