摘　　要：食品机械设计在机械设计中是一项比较特殊的工作。既要考虑机械设计的一般特点：又要考虑食品在加工过程中的食品安全问题，防止食品被污染：同时被加工食品种类繁多，食品加工机械的种类繁多，所以设计人员在设计聪应根据被加工食品的特点综合考虑。Food machinery design in mechanical design is a relatively special work, should not only consider the general characteristics of mechanical design;Also want to consider food food safety problems in the process, to prevent food contamination;Processed food variety at the same time, there are many types of food processing machinery, so the designers at design time should be according to the characteristics of the processed food comprehensive consideration.
