摘　　要：文章介绍了开放式网络环境对数字图书馆服务的新要求,在分析数字图书馆构建特色资源共享平台必要条件的基础上,研究了数字图书馆特色资源共享平台的构建方法,最后指出数字图书馆特色资源共享平台建设需要关注的细节。This paper introduced the new requirements of open network environment on digital library service, and studied the construction methods of characteristics resource sharing platform of digital library based on analyzing the necessary conditions, and finally pointed out the details needing attention in the platform construction.
