摘　　要：以江苏省高新技术创业服务中心科技孵化资金为例,通过对资金成立背景、运作模式以及投资实例的介绍,深入探讨了科技孵化资金在企业孵化器中发挥的作用,总结资金运作经验,为当前各地企业孵化器新型投融资服务的开展提供参考。This paper takes science and technology incubation funds of Jiangsu Provincial High ＆ New Technology Innovation Centre as an example to introduce the establishment background, operation mode and investment examples and carries out an in-depth study into the role of science and technology incubation funds playing in business incubators. It also summarizes the capital operation experience, which will provide reference to the new financing services of business incubators.
