摘　　要：基于交易成本理论,把R&D联盟治理机制划分为契约治理和关系治理两种方式。运用系统动力学研究方法,构建了R&D联盟企业间契约治理、关系治理影响知识转移的系统动力学模型,并采用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行仿真分析和灵敏度分析。研究结果显示,契约治理和关系治理均对R&D联盟企业间的知识转移存在正向影响,且两种治理机制之间存在互补效应,即同时采取契约治理和关系治理往往比采取单一治理机制更有利于促进R&D联盟企业间的知识转移。本研究结论揭示了R&D联盟治理机制对知识转移影响的内在规律,并对R&D联盟企业间的知识转移提供了一定的理论指导。Based on transaction cost theory, the governance mechanism of R＆D alliance is divided into two ways of contract governance and relationship governance. By utilizing the method of system dynamics, this paper establishes the system dynamics model for the influence of the contract governance and the relationship governance on knowledge transfer among .the R＆D alliance firms, and uses the Vensim PLE software to carry out simulation and sensitivity analysis. The results show that both the contract governance and the relationship governance have positive effects on the knowledge transfer among the R＆D allimace firms, and there is a complementary effect between the two kinds of governance mechanisms, that is, it is more advantageous to promote the knowledge transfer among the R＆D alliance firms than adopting the single governance mechanism. The conclusions of this study reveal the inherent law of the influence of R＆D alliance governance mechanism on knowledge transfer, and provide some theoretical guidance for the knowledge transfer among R＆D alliance firms.
