摘　　要：新时期下高校青年教师思政工作复杂而艰巨,如何加强青年教师思政工作,是地方高校面临的重要问题。本文指出了加强青年教师思政工作的意义,并分析了思政工作存在的问题,探讨了加强高校青年教师思政工作的对策。Under the new era, the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities is complex and arduous, so how to strengthen the ideological and political work of young teachers is an important issue for local colleges and universities. This paper points out the significance of strengthening young teachers＇ ideological and political work, analyzes the existing problems in the ideological and political work, and discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work of young college teachers.
