摘　　要：为了提高就业指导的有效性,帮助在校生顺利就业及提高就业质量,满足社会和企业对人才的需求,探索构建基于职业胜任力的全程化就业指导课程体系的研究有着重要的理论和实践意义。通过对就业指导、职业胜任力现存状态的描述,在此基础上,构建课程体系,整合各类资源,开展全面、系统的就业指导工作。In order to enhance the effectiveness of employment guidance, ensure the smooth employment of students, improve the quality of employment, and meet the needs of society and enterprises for talents, to explore and construct a whole-process employment guidance curriculum system based on professional competence has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the description of the current state of employment guidance and professional competence, this paper constructs a curriculum system, integrates all kinds of resources, and carries out comprehensive and systematic employment guidance.
