牙源性钙化囊肿病理组化及免疫组化研究

摘　　要：本文提出牙源性钙化囊肿(COC)的组织学及生物学特性证明其有肿瘤性质。并提出囊肿型COC可发展成肿瘤型COC或亚型。本病可复发,恶变。角蛋白染色证实影细胞为上皮角化异常。This paper suggests that calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) lesion posessneoplastic feature. It is firstly put forward that cyst-type COC might developinto tumor-type COC and that the lesion posessed potentialities of recurrence,and transformation into malignancy. Immunohistechemical stain for keratinshowed that ghest cells were of the feature of epithelial dyskeratosis.
