摘　　要：以间接酶标免疫组化法,比较研究血型前体Y半抗原和癌胚抗原在牙源性钙化囊肿(COC)的免疫组化分布特点和与病理生物学行为的相关性。结果提示,COC上皮具有增生潜能,证实了COC具有肿瘤性质。The expression of tumor-associated antigens of lewis Y and CEA whichdefined by monoclonal antibodies on the CCC was comparatively analyzed byindirect immunoperoxidase immunohistechemical technique. The relationshipwith the pathobiological behaviours was also studied. The results showed thepositive epithelia cells which suggested the much more potential proliferation,furthermore confirmed that COC possessed the potential feature of the tumors.
