帕米膦酸二钠配合放射治疗骨转移癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察帕米膦酸二钠 (博宁 )配合局部放射治疗对骨转移癌性疼痛的止痛效果和副作用。方法　 4 9例原发灶均经病理或细胞学证实 ,将博宁 90mg加入 5 %葡萄糖溶液 5 0 0ml中静脉滴注 ,每月 1次 ,共 3次。根据ECT及MRI检查结果 ,转移癌局部给予 6MV X线放射DT量 4 0 0 0CGY/ 2 0次 / 4周 ,以放疗结束后 3个月疼痛缓解率作为评定指标。结果　止痛总有效率 93 9% ,其中CR 5 1 0 % ,PR 4 2 9% ;起效时间 2～ 14d ,84 %在 1周内疼痛缓解。副作用有中 (低 )度发热、全身酸痛和轻度白细胞下降 ,经对症处理后均缓解。结论　博宁配合放疗可显著缓解骨转移癌引起的疼痛 ,减少并发症的发生。Objective To observe the effect of relieving pain and side-effects of Boning(Pamidronate Disodium) with local radio therapy on the pain of metastatic carcinoma of bone.Methods Boning 90mg with 5% glucose solution were injected intravenously once a month for 3 times in 49 cases of primary focus proved pathologically or cytologically.DT radiomete 4000CGY/20f/4W of 6MV-X rays were offered on the location of metastatic carcinoma according to the results of ECT and MRI.Remission rate of pain 3 monthes after radio therapy was taken as evaluation maker.Results The total effective rate of acesodyne was 93.9%(CR 51.0%,PR 42.9%),Appearing effect time was 2～14d and one-week remission rate of pain was 84%.The side-effects included moderate(low) fever,general ache light descent of leucocyte,which were all remissive with symptomatic therapy.Conclusion Boning with radio therapy can remit the pain significantly and reduce the complications.
