摘　　要：食品检验机构的发展与认证认可密不可分,在获得认证认可的前提下,为政府监管市场提供技术手段、为消费者选购健康食品提供导向、为食品在市场流通领域中提供质量保证等,食品检验机构在我们日常的生产生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用,同时也面临着前所未有的挑战与发展机遇。The development of food inspection institutions is closely related with certification and accreditation. On the premise of obtaining certification and accreditation, food inspection institutions play more and more important role in our daily production life for providing technical support to government supervision, guidance for consumers to buy healthy food and providing quality assurance for food circulation in the market. At the same time, food inspection institutions also face unprecedented challenges and opportunities for their development.
