红曲单药制剂致药物不良反应的分析

摘　　要：目的分析红曲单药制剂致药物不良反应的发生特点及预防措施。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库,截至2017年5月。用Office软件对红曲单药制剂药物不良反应进行分析。结果共纳入13篇文献,共13例患者。红曲单药制剂药物不良反应累及系统和(或)器官主要为肌肉骨骼系统损害(占38.46%),其次为肝胆系统损害(占23.08%)和泌尿系统损害(占15.38%)。结论药品生产企业应加强对药品说明书药物不良反应项的修订,在临床应用中要注意红曲单药制剂药物不良反应的发生情况,加强对药物不良反应的认识,加强用药指导,避免严重药物不良反应的发生。Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristic and preventive measures of adverse drug reactions（ ADR） caused by monascus single drug preparations. Methods To retrieve Chinese CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database,as of May 2017. Office software was used to analyze the adverse drug reactions of monascus single drug. Results A total of 13 articles,including 13 patients,were included. Adverse drug reactions of monascus single medicine preparations involved the system and（ or） the main organ for musculoskeletal system damage（ 38. 46%）,followed by hepatobiliary system damage（ 23. 08%）,and the urinary system damage（ 15. 38%）. Conclusion The drug production enterprises should strengthen the revision of drug adverse drug reactions of the drug in clinical application,and attention should be paid to the occurrence of adverse drug reactions of monascus monotherapy drugs in clinical use. Besides the understanding of adverse drug reactions and medication guide should be strenthened to avoid the occurrence of serious adverse drug reactions.
