摘　　要：研究了电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱仪法(ICP-OES)测定L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐中的7种杂质元素(Ca、Co、Fe、K、Mg、Na、Zn)的方法,确定了最佳分析谱线以及仪器的工作条件,分析了过程中存在的干扰。所用实验方法的加标回收率为98.16%~104.4%,测得杂质浓度值的标准偏差RSD<7%。因此,该方法不仅回收率高,同时具有较低的检出限和较好的精密度。This work has investigated the determination method of the impurities（Ca,Co,Fe,K,Mg,Na,Zn） in L-cysteine hydrochloride via ICP-OES. The best spectral lines,working conditions,interference existing in the process has been elucidated. The experimental recovery rate of this method is 98. 16% ~ 104. 4%,and the relative standard deviation of the concentration for the impurity was less than 7%.Therefore,the recovery rate is high,and detection limit and precision is fine.
