民族地区社会治理中的民族文化社会功能开发——基于马克思主义社会管理理论

摘　　要：文化具有多种社会功能,是民族地区社会治理的重要路径,对民族文化社会功能的合理开发有利于民族地区社会治理的推进更加顺利。马克思主义社会管理明确了民族地区社会治理的性质、本质和目的,也预见了社会治理中的公权力滥用等问题,民族文化的社会功能开发可以结合科学理论的基本观点,发挥文化的柔性特征,构建良好的社会治理环境,促进民族民众的社会治理参与,反映民族民众的公共诉求,促进民族成员对民族地区社会治理的监督。Culture has many social functions, is an important path of social governance in ethnic regions, the rational development of national culture and social function is conducive to social governance in minority areas to promote more smoothly. Marx＇s social management clarified the nature of social governance in ethnic regions, nature and purpose, it also foresees the abuse of public power and other issues in social governance the development of the social function of national culture can be combined with the basic viewpoints of scientific theory, flexible characteristics of culture, construct the good environment of social governance, promoting social governance and participation of the people and the whole nation, reflecting the public demands of national people, promote the supervision of members of ethnic minority areas of social governance.
