摘 要:终端区空域利用率是衡量进近管制空域运行效率的重要指标。假设进离场分离,该子系统可以进一步分为进场航线、离场航线和飞越航路。据进场运行过程和航线特点将进场航线分为交叉点、交叉航线、非交叉航线3类,基于流容比建立交叉点、交叉和非交叉航线利用率的模型,加权得终端区进场航线利用率。其次,考虑到空域利用率时变性,综合各时间片进场航线利用率,得进场航线短时利用率计算模型。算例分析验证了模型的可行性。The terminal utilization rate is an important index to measure the area control airspace usage. In the case of separation from the departure and the arrival, the subsystem can be further divided into the approach route, the leaving route and the through route. According to the terminal area approach and the en- try route space characteristics, the airspace of the terminal area within the route is divided into intersec- tion, cross- route and non- cross- route. Building models for intersection, cross- route and non- cross- route utilization based on flow and capacity ratios and weighting terminal area approach route utilization. Sec- ondly, taking into account the time- varying airspace utilization rate, taking into account the utilization rate of arrival routes at each time slot, the short- term utilization rate calculation model of arrival routes can be obtained. Finally, the case analysis proves that assessment model is feasibility.
