摘　　要：为降低工作中无效的消耗和操作,提出加强产品拉运计划沟通,减少产品库房周转,降低车间产品倒运费用,为公司经营创效做贡献。In order to reduce the ineffective consumption and operation in the work, it is proposed to strengthen the product transportation planning communication, reduce the turnover of the product warehouse, reduce the factory product back freight costs, which contribution to the company＇s operating efficiency.
