摘　　要：中国制造2025对制造业人才需求提出了如创新能力、综合能力、学习能力、工匠精神等方面更高的要求,实现与落实这些要求是高职人才培养的关键所在。技术技能型人才的精准培养是一个系统,需要有一个体系的支撑。在人才培养的过程中,需要以精细化的理念推进人才培养落实;在培养的方法与路径上,应以职业教育的规律为特点与基础,不断探索与实践,形成具有技术技能人才培养特色的方法与路径。Made in China 2025 puts forward higher requirements for manufacturing talents such as innovation ability, comprehensive ability, learning ability and craftsman spirit. To realize the requirements is the key to cultivating higher vocational talents. The precise training of skilled talents is a system, and needs a system support. In the whole process of talent training it needs to refine the concept to promote the implementation; in the training methods it should regard the law of vocational education as the characteristics and foundation, constantly explore and practice, and form the methods with the characteristics of skilled talents training.
