摘　　要：目的探讨Runx3和Twist蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化SP法分别在胃癌及其癌旁组织中检测Runx3和Twist蛋白的表达。结果 Runx3蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性率显著低于癌旁组织;Twist蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性率明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胃癌组织中,随着组织学病理分级的增加、临床分期的进展和淋巴结的转移,Runx3蛋白表达阳性率逐渐降低,Twist蛋白的表达率则逐渐上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Runx3与Twist蛋白表达相关(P<0.05)。结论 Runx3、Twist在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,胃癌的发生、发展是细胞调控的癌基因及抑癌基因相互作用的结果,联合检测可为胃癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后判断提供必要的理论依据。Objective To investigate the expressions of Runx3 and Twist protein in gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining SP method was used to detect the expressions of Runx3 and Twist protein in 58 cases of human gastric cancer tissues and 35 cases of paracarcinoma tissues. Results The positive expression rate of Runx3 protein in gastric cancer tissues was significant lower than that in paracarcinoma tissue, meanwhile the expression of Twist protein in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissue （P 〈 0.05 ）, and with the increase of histological grade, clinical stage, lymphatic metastasis, the expression rate of Runx3 was lower and the expression of Twist was increased. Association was also found between Runx3 and Twist expressions （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Runx3 and Twist may play key roles in oncogenesis and progression of gastric cancer. The occurrence and development of gastric cancer is the result of interaction of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes regulated by cells, combind detection of Runx3 and Twist protein may have potential effects on early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.
