摘　　要：通过报道1例直径为6.5 cm的肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)伴癌结节破裂出血综合治疗,分析有肝硬化和丙肝病毒感染的HCC并癌结节破裂出血者,通过多种有效方法联合治疗,可达到很好的临床治愈效果。One ease of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） with nodular rupture hemorrhage with a diameter of 6.5 cm was reported. For HCC with liver cirrhosis and HCV infection and cancer nodules rupture bleeding, through a variety of combination treatment with effeetive method, can aehieve good clinical eure effect.
