体验式实践教育在高职学生党员培养过程中的应用研究

摘　　要：体验式实践教育是高职学生党员培养的重要途径之一。通过打造体验式实践教育平台,将"两学一做"学习教育贯穿培养的整个过程,有效提高高职学生党员的综合素质和党性修养。文章从体验式实践教育的内涵、党性视角下开展体验式实践教育的必要性、路径分析和组织保障等几方面,探析体验式实践教育在学生党员培养过程中的教育模式构建。Experiential practice education is one of the important ways to cultivate student party members in higher vocational colleges. Through the construction of experiential practice education platform and the implementation of ＂Two Studies, One Action＂ education in the whole process of cultivation, we will improve the comprehensive quality and the party spirit of party members in higher vocational colleges. From the perspective of the connotation, the necessity, the path analysis and the organization guarantee of experiential practice education, this article explores the construction of educational mode during the experiential practice education in student party members＇ training.
