摘 要:目的:观察穴位埋线治疗痛经的临床效果并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:利用缩宫素制备大鼠痛经模型,选择治疗痛经常用的腧穴关元、次髎、三阴交对痛经大鼠进行简易穴位埋线治疗,观察大鼠30min内扭体次数,子宫组织PGE_2、PGF_(2α)的含量变化,推测穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的机制。结果:西药组和穴位埋线组大鼠30min内扭体反应次数均显著较少,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而西药组与穴位埋线组大鼠扭体反应次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PGE_2含量明显升高,PGF_(2α)含量明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线可拮抗缩宫素致大鼠实验性痛经,减少扭体次数,其镇痛机制可能与升高子宫组织PGE_2含量,降低PGF_(2α)含量有关。Objective:To investigate the effect of the acupoint catgut embedding on dysmenorrhea in rats and the underlying mecha nism. Methods:The dysmenorrhea rat models were made by oxytocin and selected the frequently used acupoints for dysmenorrhea.. Guanyuan(CV4) and Ciliao (BL32) for the acupoint catgut embedding or western medicine therapy on the dysmenorrhea rat models. Then the times of writhing within 30 minutes were observed and the contents of prostaglandin E2 and prostaglandin F2,, in the rats' u- terus tissues were measured. Results: Western medicine or the acupoint catgut embedding could significantly reduce the times of wrings within 30 minutes, compared with the model group ( P d0.01), and the times of wrings within 30 minutes of western medi- cine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group showed no significant difference ( P〉0.05). Compared with model group, the levels of prostaglandin E2 were significantly elevated in western medicine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group ( P〈0.01 ), the content of prostaglandin F2α were significantly decreased ( P〈0.01). Conclusion:The acupoint catgut embedding thera- py could effectively relieve oxytocin-induced pain in rats and reduce the times of writhing within 30 minutes. Anti dymenorrhea was related to elevated prostaglandin E2 and decreased prostaglandin F2α in uterus tissue.
