荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡伴Hp感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床效果。方法采用完全随机方法,将2014年8月~2017年5月我院门诊及住院收治的123例消化性溃疡伴Hp感染患者分成三组。对照组A采用标准四联疗法方案,疗程为14 d;试验组B先予标准四联疗法14 d,后予荆花胃康胶丸18 d;试验组C先予荆花胃康胶丸18 d,后予标准四联疗法14 d。统计分析三组的Hp根除率、临床症状改善及内镜下溃疡愈合情况。结果试验组B、C患者的总有效率明显高于对照组A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组C的总有效率高于试验组B,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组A的Hp根除率为63.41%,试验组B为85.37%,试验组C为87.80%,试验组B、C患者的Hp根除率明显高于对照组A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组B、C患者的Hp根除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组的内镜下溃疡愈合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法的Hp根除率及改善患者临床症状的作用比单纯使用四联疗法显著提高,且先使用荆花胃康胶丸后行四联疗法更有助于改善患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jinghua Weikang Gelatin Pearls combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection.Methods 123 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Hp infection treated in our outpatient clinic and inpatient wards from August 2014 to May 2017 were divided into the three groups using the complete random method.In the control group A,regimen of stan- dard quadruple therapy was used for 14 days.In the experimental group B,the standard quadruple therapy was continued for 14 days,and Jinghua Weikang Gelatin Pearls was used for another 18 days.In the experimental group C,Jinghua Weikang Gelatin Pearls was firstly used for 18 days,followed by 14-day standard quadruple therapy.Hp eradication rate,clinical symptomatic improvement,and ulcer healing under endoscope were calculated and analyzed among three groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group B and C was significantly higher than that in the control group A,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the total effective rate in the experimental group C was higher than that in the experimental group B,with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.In control group A,Hp eradication rate of the control A was 63.41%,and it was 85.37% in the experimental group B,and it was 87.80% in the experimental group C,and Hp eradication rate of patients in the experimental group B and C was signifi- cantly higher than that in the control group A,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,and there was no statistical difference of Hp eradication rate between the experimental group B and C （P〉0.05）.There was no significant dif- ference of ulcer healing under endoscope among the three groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Hp eradieation rate and the role of improving the clinical symptoms in patients of Jinghua Weikang Gelatin Pearls combined with quadruple therapy obtain more remarkable effect
