优质护理服务在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月~2016年4月我院收治的96例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组予以优质护理服务,对比两组患者的临床效果、生活质量评分、SAS、SDS评分以及两组患者干预后疾病的复发率。结果观察组患者的临床疗效总有效率(95.83%)显著高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预后的各项生活质量评分及SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,而观察组干预后的各项生活质量评分和SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后6个月、1年内的复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者应用优质护理服务,临床效果显著,能够有效提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的不良心理情绪,具有重要应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （PID）.Methods From April 2015 to April 2016,96 patients with chronic PID treated in our hospi- tal were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was used,while in the observation group,high quality nursing service was adopted.The clinical effect,quality of life score,SAS and SDS scores and recurrence rate after intervention in the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate in the observation group （95.83%） was higher than that in the control group （83.33%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After the intervention,the scores of quality of life,SAS,and SDS were significantly lower than those of before the intervention.These indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rates 6 months and 1 year after intervention in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic PID,application of high quality nursing service can obtain a remarkable clinical effect by effectively improving the quality of life and unhealthy emotions,which has an important application value.
