摘 要:目的分析脑卒中并发吞咽功能障碍老年患者肠内营养支持的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月我院67例脑卒中并发吞咽功能障碍老年患者作为研究对象,根据入院后不同营养支持方式分为对照组(n=34例)与观察组(n=33例),对照组给予普通鼻饲饮食,观察组采用肠内营养支持,对比观察两组患者的治疗后的神经功能评分、营养指标与并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者在神经功能评分、营养指标两方面均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论脑卒中并发吞咽功能障碍老年患者给予肠内营养支持。Objective To analyze the effect of enteral nutrition support in senile patients with dysphagia. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017, 67 elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with dysphagia were selected as the research subjects, according to the different nutritional support methods after admission, they were divided into the control group (n=34 cases) and the observation group (n=33 cases). The control group was given an ordinary nasal feeding diet, and the observation group was supported by enteral nutrition. After treatment, the neurological function scores, nutritional indexes and complications between the two groups were compared and observed. Results The observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of neurological function score and nutritional index in two aspects. The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The elderly patients with stroke and dysphagia were given enteral nutrition support.
