摘 要:研究了9种型号大孔弱酸树脂对水溶液中S-腺苷甲硫氨酸(SAM)的静态交换吸附性能,考察了pH、浓度、吸附时间、解吸液浓度对吸附分离的影响。结果表明:在9种树脂中,D112和D150树脂对SAM的吸附率分别为93.09%和99.49%,且回收率较高,分别达到84.05%和82.62%;这两种树脂吸附SAM的最适初始pH值为5.0;等温线数据均拟合Freundlich模型,动力学数据拟合准二级动力学模型;最佳解吸条件是0.5mol·L^(-1)H_2SO_4溶液,D112和D150树脂的解吸率分别达到90.29%和83.04%。The performance of nine types of macroporous weakly-acid cation exchange resins was investigated in the static adsorption experiments of S-adenosyl methionine(SAM). The effects of pH value, initial concentration of SAM, adsorption time and desorption concentration on the adsorption characteristics were studied. Among the nine types of resins tested, Dl12 and D150 possesed adsorption efficiency of 93.09% and 99. 49%, they have the highest recovery rate of 84.05% and 82.62%, respectively. The optimal adsorption pH of the SAM solution was 5.0. The adsorption data of Dl12 and D150 resins were fitted well by Freundlich equation and Pseudo-second order kinetics model. The optimal desorption condition was 0.5mol·L-1 H2SO4 aqueous solution.
